Question 1

How accessible is Rose Executive for attendees coming from across Dubai or arriving from abroad?

Accepted Answer

Rose Executive is located in Jumeirah Garden City and is served by World Trade Centre Metro Station just a 7-minute walk away, making it straightforward for attendees relying on public transport. Dubai International Airport is only a 13-minute drive, which makes the venue a practical choice for corporate events with international guests or regional delegates.

Question 2

What types of corporate events can be hosted at Rose Executive?

Accepted Answer

Rose Executive is suited for a range of professional gatherings including corporate meetings, team offsites, training sessions, and executive briefings in a city-view setting in central Dubai. The venue comes equipped with tables and chairs, air conditioning, and basic lighting, providing a functional foundation that event managers can build on for both half-day and full-day formats.

Question 3

Does Rose Executive offer onsite catering, and is it flexible enough for corporate events?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Rose Executive provides onsite catering, which removes the logistical complexity of coordinating external food and beverage suppliers for your event. When submitting your enquiry, it is advisable to communicate your catering requirements upfront, including dietary needs and preferred service style, so the venue can tailor its offering to your agenda.

Question 4

What AV and technical setup should I plan for when booking Rose Executive?

Accepted Answer

Rose Executive's listed facilities include basic lighting, which means event managers planning presentations, panel sessions, or video-heavy formats should confirm AV requirements directly with the venue when requesting a quote. Building this into your initial enquiry ensures the venue can advise on what is available in-house and what may need to be arranged through a third-party supplier ahead of your event date.

Question 5

How much lead time is recommended to secure Rose Executive for a corporate event in Dubai?

Accepted Answer

For corporate events in Dubai, a lead time of three to six weeks is generally recommended to allow sufficient time for site visits, catering confirmation, and contract finalization. For larger or more complex events requiring specific setup, earlier engagement gives you more flexibility and reduces the risk of the venue being unavailable on your preferred date.

Question 6

What is the process for getting a quote from Rose Executive?

Accepted Answer

You can submit an enquiry for Rose Executive directly through Flaash, a B2B platform designed for companies sourcing event venues across the Middle East, and receive a tailored quote within 24 hours. This streamlines the process for event managers and HR or communication managers who need accurate pricing and availability quickly without back-and-forth outreach to venues individually.
