Accepted Answer

The First Collection Dubai Business Bay offers flexible configurations to suit a range of corporate formats, accommodating up to 100 guests in theater style, 75 in classroom layout, 70 for banquet events, 50 in U-shape, and 48 in boardroom setup. The venue also features dedicated breakout rooms, making it well suited for full-day conferences, training sessions, and leadership offsites that require both a main plenary space and smaller working areas.

Question 2

How accessible is the venue for international delegates and guests traveling from abroad?

Accepted Answer

The venue is located on Al A'amal Street in Business Bay and is a 16-minute drive from Dubai International Airport, making it highly convenient for international attendees arriving on short-haul or long-haul flights. Its central position also places it within 11 minutes of landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Opera, giving out-of-town guests easy access to the broader city.

Question 3

What technical and AV equipment is available on-site for presentations and conferences?

Accepted Answer

The venue is equipped with high-speed internet, professional AV equipment, and standard technical infrastructure including tables, chairs, basic lighting, and full air conditioning throughout the event spaces. Event managers can rely on the on-site setup without needing to coordinate external suppliers for standard conference requirements, which simplifies logistics and reduces setup time.

Question 4

Is parking available at the venue, and is it accessible for guests with reduced mobility?

Accepted Answer

The First Collection Dubai Business Bay offers both complimentary parking and valet parking, which removes a common friction point for attendees driving in from across the city. The venue is fully wheelchair accessible, ensuring that all guests, including those with reduced mobility, can move through the event spaces comfortably and without barriers.

Question 5

How flexible is the catering offering for corporate events, and can it accommodate different formats?

Accepted Answer

The venue provides full onsite catering, covering everything from working lunches and coffee breaks to seated banquet-style dinners for up to 70 guests. Event managers planning multi-session days should factor catering requirements into their initial brief, as lead time allows the team to accommodate specific dietary needs, cultural considerations, or branded hospitality elements relevant to corporate audiences in the region.

Question 6

How do I request a quote for hosting a corporate event at this venue, and how quickly can I expect a response?

Accepted Answer

You can submit an enquiry directly through Flaash, a B2B platform connecting companies with event venues across the Middle East, and receive a tailored quote within 24 hours. For events requiring custom configurations or additional services such as the spa and wellness facilities or poolside elements, it is advisable to submit your enquiry at least three to four weeks ahead of your event date to allow sufficient time for coordination and confirmation.
