Question 1

What is the maximum capacity for corporate events at One&Only The Palm, and what configurations are available?

Accepted Answer

One&Only The Palm can accommodate up to 150 guests in a cocktail reception format, 70 in theater or banquet style, 48 in classroom layout, and 29 in a U-shape arrangement, making it well suited for executive meetings, team conferences, product presentations, and networking events. This range of configurations gives event managers the flexibility to adapt the space to the specific format and scale of their corporate gathering.

Question 2

How accessible is One&Only The Palm for international delegates traveling to Dubai?

Accepted Answer

The venue is located on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah and is approximately 39 minutes by car from Dubai International Airport and 48 minutes from Al Maktoum International Airport, making it straightforward to reach for international guests. The property is also wheelchair accessible, which is an important consideration when planning inclusive corporate events in Dubai.

Question 3

What audio-visual and technical facilities are available on-site for meetings and conferences?

Accepted Answer

One&Only The Palm provides high-speed internet, professional AV equipment, and on-site technical support, along with tables, chairs, basic lighting, and full air conditioning throughout the event spaces. These facilities are sufficient to support presentations, panel discussions, and standard conference formats without requiring significant external equipment rental.

Question 4

Can the venue support both a main conference session and smaller group breakout activities on the same day?

Accepted Answer

Yes, One&Only The Palm includes dedicated breakout rooms alongside the main event space, allowing event managers to run parallel workshops, syndicate sessions, or private executive meetings as part of a full-day or multi-session corporate program. This makes it a practical choice for structured corporate training days, strategy offsites, and leadership summits held in Dubai.

Question 5

How far in advance should we book One&Only The Palm for a corporate event, and how do we request a quote?

Accepted Answer

For corporate events in Dubai, particularly at a premium resort property like One&Only The Palm, a lead time of six to eight weeks is generally recommended to secure your preferred date and configuration, with peak business periods requiring earlier planning. You can submit an enquiry directly through Flaash, the B2B venue platform covering the Middle East, and receive a tailored quote from the venue within 24 hours.

Question 6

Does One&Only The Palm provide catering for corporate events, and can it accommodate different dietary requirements?

Accepted Answer

The property offers full onsite catering managed by the resort's hospitality team, covering everything from working lunches and coffee breaks to seated banquet dinners and cocktail receptions for up to 150 guests. Event managers can expect a professional catering brief process through which dietary requirements, cultural preferences, and custom menus can be discussed and confirmed ahead of the event.
