Question 1

What event formats and capacities does One&Only One Za'abeel support for corporate gatherings?

Accepted Answer

One&Only One Za'abeel accommodates a wide range of corporate formats, from intimate boardroom meetings for up to 130 guests to large-scale conferences and gala dinners for up to 700 attendees in theater-style setup or 500 in banquet configuration. The venue also supports classroom layouts for up to 324 and U-shape arrangements for up to 144, making it well suited for training sessions, leadership offsites, and hybrid multi-session events across a single property in Dubai.

Question 2

What AV and technical infrastructure is available for conferences and presentations?

Accepted Answer

The venue is equipped with professional-grade sound systems, full AV equipment, staging, and basic lighting, all managed by dedicated onsite AV staff who can support setup, rehearsals, and live event execution. This level of in-house technical support reduces coordination complexity for event managers and ensures a consistent standard of delivery without relying on external suppliers.

Question 3

How accessible is One&Only One Za'abeel for international delegates and attendees with reduced mobility?

Accepted Answer

The venue is fully wheelchair accessible and offers both complimentary self-parking and valet parking on-site, which simplifies arrival for large delegations. For international guests, the Za'abeel location in Dubai is well connected to the city's main transport network, and the availability of on-site accommodation within the property means traveling attendees can stay, attend, and recover without leaving the venue.

Question 4

Can catering be arranged on-site, and is there flexibility to accommodate dietary or cultural requirements?

Accepted Answer

One&Only One Za'abeel offers full onsite catering managed by the property's hospitality team, allowing event organizers to work directly with the venue on menu design rather than coordinating external suppliers. Given Dubai's internationally diverse corporate audience, the team is experienced in accommodating a wide range of dietary, cultural, and halal requirements, which is a practical advantage for HR and communications managers planning inclusive events.

Question 5

Are breakout rooms and additional spaces available for multi-track or multi-session corporate events?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the venue includes dedicated breakout rooms that can support parallel sessions, workshops, or confidential side meetings running alongside a main conference program. This makes One&Only One Za'abeel a strong candidate for full-day or multi-day corporate events where flexibility of space is as important as the capacity of the main room, and the availability of natural light across spaces adds to the comfort and productivity of longer-format programs.

Question 6

How can we request a quote for a corporate event at One&Only One Za'abeel, and what lead time is recommended?

Accepted Answer

You can submit an enquiry directly through Flaash, a B2B platform purpose-built for corporate event sourcing across the Middle East, and receive a tailored quote from the venue within 24 hours. For large-scale events such as conferences, product launches, or annual company dinners in Dubai, a lead time of at least eight to twelve weeks is advisable to secure preferred dates and allow sufficient time for catering planning, AV coordination, and rooming arrangements.
