The venue is located in Barsha Heights and is a 12-minute walk from Dubai Internet City Metro Station, making it straightforward to reach without a car. Dubai International Airport is a 23-minute drive away and Al Maktoum International Airport is 31 minutes away, so the venue works well for corporate events with international attendees flying in from across the region.

Question 2

What transport and landmark connections make this venue convenient for a full-day corporate event in Dubai?

Accepted Answer

Grand Heights sits within easy reach of some of Dubai's most recognized destinations, including Mall of the Emirates at 11 minutes, Ski Dubai at 6 minutes, and Dubai Marina at 16 minutes, which makes it a practical base for events that combine business sessions with networking or hospitality. Its central Barsha Heights location puts it close to the Dubai Internet City and Media City business hubs, making it a natural fit for corporate gatherings in the technology and communications sectors.

Question 3

What event facilities and equipment are available at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Grand Heights Dubai Hotel Apartments provides tables and chairs, basic lighting, and air conditioning as standard, with onsite catering available to support corporate events of varying formats. Event managers requiring advanced audiovisual or presentation equipment should plan to arrange external technical suppliers and factor this into their setup timeline.

Question 4

Does the venue offer on-site catering, and how flexible is it for corporate event formats?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the venue offers onsite catering, which simplifies logistics for working lunches, coffee breaks, and full-day conference formats without the need to coordinate external caterers. Event managers are encouraged to discuss menu requirements and dietary needs directly with the venue when submitting their enquiry to ensure the catering offer aligns with the size and format of their event.

Question 5

Can attendees stay overnight at Grand Heights, and does this make it suitable for multi-day corporate events?

Accepted Answer

As a hotel apartment property, Grand Heights Dubai Hotel Apartments offers on-site accommodation, which is a meaningful advantage for multi-day training sessions, workshops, or leadership offsites where continuity and convenience matter.
