The Monastery Manchester

The Monastery Manchester is a cultural landmark venue set across eight spaces, with a maximum capacity of 650. The Great Nave, at 722 square metres, is the largest of these, accommodating up to 650 in a theatre configuration beneath high ceilings that draw in considerable natural light. The Welcome Wing offers a more contained option at 171 square metres, holding up to 400 standing. On-site facilities include AV equipment, a sound system, flatscreen display screens, high-speed internet, air conditioning, and natural light throughout the day. The white walls and round tables visible in parts of the venue suggest a clean, adaptable aesthetic that can work with a range of event formats. Both Ashburys and Belle Vue stations are within a 13-minute walk, and Manchester Airport is approximately 26 minutes by car. The Etihad Stadium is around 11 minutes away by car, with Piccadilly Gardens reachable in roughly 16 minutes, placing the venue within easy reach of central Manchester.
