Question 1

How accessible is the Royal Grand Suite Hotel for delegates travelling from Dubai or arriving by air?

Accepted Answer

The hotel is located in Al Nahda, Sharjah, just 11 minutes from Dubai International Airport by car, making it one of the more conveniently positioned corporate event venues in the Sharjah-Dubai corridor. Delegates travelling from central Dubai or neighbouring emirates can reach the venue quickly via Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, reducing transit time and simplifying logistics for large groups.

Question 2

Does the venue offer on-site catering for full-day corporate events?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the Royal Grand Suite Hotel provides onsite catering, which means event organisers do not need to coordinate external suppliers for refreshments, working lunches, or gala dinners. This simplifies planning considerably for HR managers and communication managers running conferences, training days, or leadership offsites, and allows catering to be integrated directly into your event package.

Question 3

Can the hotel accommodate delegates who need to stay overnight for multi-day programmes?

Accepted Answer

The Royal Grand Suite Hotel offers on-site accommodation, making it a practical choice for residential conferences, executive retreats, and multi-day training programmes where attendees are travelling from outside Sharjah or the UAE. Having event spaces and guest rooms under one roof reduces logistical complexity and helps maintain focus and schedule continuity across the full duration of the event.

Question 4

What types of corporate events is the Royal Grand Suite Hotel best suited for?

Accepted Answer

The hotel is well suited to a range of corporate formats including internal conferences, strategy offsites, HR training sessions, team-building days, and company celebrations, particularly where organisers value the combination of professional event facilities and on-site guest accommodation in a single property. Its city, garden, and pool views also make it a strong candidate for client-facing events and communications-led activations that benefit from an elevated setting.

Question 5

Is parking available on-site, and how straightforward is access for large groups?

Accepted Answer

The Al Nahda location offers convenient road access from both Sharjah and Dubai, and as a hotel property the Royal Grand Suite Hotel is equipped to handle the arrival of corporate groups. Event managers planning large-attendance formats should confirm dedicated parking arrangements directly with the venue when submitting their enquiry, ideally with at least two to three weeks of lead time before the event date.

Question 6

How do I get a quote for hosting a corporate event at the Royal Grand Suite Hotel?

Accepted Answer

You can submit an enquiry directly through Flaash, a B2B platform purpose-built for corporate event sourcing across the Middle East, and receive a quote from the venue within 24 hours. To get the most accurate proposal, include your preferred dates, estimated attendee numbers, event format, and any catering or accommodation requirements when you make your request.
