Question 1

What event formats and capacities does Lou Lou'a Beach Resort support for corporate gatherings in Sharjah?

Accepted Answer

Lou Lou'a Beach Resort accommodates a wide range of corporate formats, from intimate boardroom sessions for up to 50 participants to large cocktail receptions for up to 700 guests, with classroom and U-shape configurations also available for training or workshop settings. The venue suits everything from executive strategy days and HR offsites to large-scale company celebrations, all set against sea, beach, garden, or pool views that elevate the event experience beyond a standard conference room.

Question 2

How accessible is Lou Lou'a Beach Resort for attendees traveling from Dubai or arriving by air?

Accepted Answer

The resort is located on Al Meena Street South in Sharjah, just 18 minutes from Dubai International Airport and 28 minutes from Sharjah International Airport, making it a practical choice for regional and international delegates. Complimentary on-site parking is available for attendees arriving by car, which is an important consideration for large corporate groups traveling across the Emirates.

Question 3

What audiovisual and technical equipment is available on-site for conferences and presentations?

Accepted Answer

Lou Lou'a Beach Resort provides AV equipment, high-speed internet, tables and chairs, basic lighting, and full air conditioning as part of its standard conference setup, meaning event managers do not need to arrange external technical suppliers for most standard corporate events. For more complex production requirements, the venue also permits coordination with outside suppliers, giving communication managers the flexibility to build the setup their event demands.

Question 4

Does Lou Lou'a Beach Resort offer on-site catering, or can companies bring their own catering partner?

Accepted Answer

The venue offers both on-site catering and the option to bring outside caterers, which gives event organizers significant flexibility to match dietary requirements, cultural preferences, or brand-specific menus without compromise. This dual approach is particularly valuable for companies planning multi-session conference days or themed corporate dinners where catering is a central part of the guest experience.

Question 5

Can Lou Lou'a Beach Resort accommodate multi-day corporate retreats with on-site accommodation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the resort offers on-site accommodation, making it a strong option for companies planning overnight leadership retreats, extended team-building programs, or multi-day conferences where keeping all attendees in one location improves both logistics and group cohesion. The addition of spa and wellness facilities and a pool also supports the kind of recovery and networking time that HR managers typically look to build into longer offsite programs.
