Question 1

How accessible is Liwa Hotel for international delegates and teams traveling from Abu Dhabi?

Accepted Answer

Liwa Hotel is located on the Sila Highway near Mezzaira Village, approximately two hours by road from Abu Dhabi city center, making it well-suited for immersive corporate retreats where separation from the urban environment is part of the experience. The hotel offers complimentary parking on-site, and for international guests arriving via Abu Dhabi International Airport, pre-arranged ground transfers are the most practical option. Event managers planning large delegations should coordinate transport logistics in advance to ensure a smooth arrival experience for all attendees.

Question 2

What are the available event spaces and how many people can they accommodate?

Accepted Answer

Liwa Hotel offers a range of configurations to support different corporate event formats, with a theater setup for up to 120 guests, a classroom layout for 60, a U-shape arrangement for 40, and banquet or cocktail capacities reaching 500 guests. This flexibility makes the venue equally appropriate for executive conferences, company-wide annual meetings, team training sessions, and large-scale corporate dinners or gala evenings. Event managers should specify their preferred layout when submitting their enquiry to ensure the most accurate space and pricing recommendation.

Question 3

What technical and AV facilities are included for corporate events?

Accepted Answer

The venue provides high-speed internet access, on-site AV equipment, professional lighting, and full air conditioning across its event spaces, covering the core technical requirements for presentations, panel discussions, and hybrid meetings. All tables and chairs are included, reducing the need for external suppliers and simplifying your event logistics. For events with more complex technical requirements, it is advisable to communicate your setup needs at the enquiry stage so the team can confirm compatibility or arrange additional equipment.

Question 4

Can Liwa Hotel accommodate multi-day corporate retreats with on-site stays?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Liwa Hotel offers on-site accommodation, making it an ideal choice for multi-day corporate retreats, leadership offsites, and training programs where keeping participants together enhances focus and team cohesion. The combination of event spaces, accommodation, onsite catering, a spa, and a pool creates a self-contained environment that removes the need for external venues or activities. This integrated offering is particularly valued by HR managers and L&D teams organizing immersive programs away from the city.

Question 5

How flexible is the catering offering for corporate groups with diverse dietary requirements?

Accepted Answer

Liwa Hotel provides onsite catering services that can be tailored to accommodate the diverse dietary needs typical of international corporate groups, including halal requirements which are standard across Abu Dhabi venues. Event planners are encouraged to share dietary profiles and menu preferences during the planning process to allow sufficient preparation time. For large banquet or cocktail events of up to 500 guests, early coordination with the catering team is recommended to ensure smooth service delivery.

Question 6

How do I get a quote for a corporate event at Liwa Hotel and how quickly can I expect a response?

Accepted Answer

You can submit your enquiry directly through Flaash, a B2B platform built for corporate event professionals across the Middle East, and receive a tailored quote within 24 hours. Providing details such as your preferred dates, expected number of attendees, desired layout, and any specific requirements will help accelerate the process and ensure the quote reflects your actual needs. For events requiring accommodation blocks or complex setups, submitting your request at least four to six weeks in advance is advisable to secure availability and allow adequate planning time.
