Dedicated breakout rooms are also available, making the property well suited for multi-track conferences, leadership summits, and large-scale company gatherings in Abu Dhabi.

Question 2

How accessible is the venue for international delegates traveling to Abu Dhabi?

Accepted Answer

The Sheraton Abu Dhabi Hotel & Resort is located on Corniche Road, one of the city's most prominent and easily navigable addresses, with Abu Dhabi International Airport approximately 25 minutes away by car and Al Bateen Executive Airport reachable in around 21 minutes. On-site accommodation is available for delegates staying overnight, removing the need for additional hotel coordination and simplifying logistics for international groups.

Question 3

What AV and technical infrastructure is available for conferences and presentations?

Accepted Answer

The venue provides professional AV equipment, staging, and basic lighting on-site, along with high-speed internet connectivity throughout the event spaces. This setup supports live presentations, hybrid meetings, and multi-session conferences without requiring event planners to source and transport external technical equipment.

Question 4

Is catering managed in-house, and can it accommodate corporate event requirements?

Accepted Answer

The Sheraton Abu Dhabi offers full on-site catering services, including a bar and cocktail area suitable for networking receptions, gala dinners, and post-conference drinks. Event managers can work directly with the venue's catering team to align menus with dietary requirements, cultural preferences, and the specific schedule of their program.

Question 5

What parking options are available for delegates attending an event at the venue?

Accepted Answer

The property offers both complimentary parking and valet parking, which is particularly valuable for large corporate events where delegates are arriving across different time windows. This removes a common logistical friction point for event planners managing high-volume guest arrivals in a busy urban location like the Abu Dhabi Corniche.
