Question 2

What is the largest event format this venue can accommodate?

Accepted Answer

The venue's main conference space holds up to 1,000 guests in theater-style setup, making it one of the most sizable corporate event venues in Fujairah. For more structured formats, the space reconfigures to 660 in classroom layout, 750 for banquets, and dedicated boardroom or U-shape setups are available for executive meetings of up to 60 to 63 participants. Breakout rooms are also available on-site for parallel sessions, workshops, or private briefings within larger events.

Question 3

Does the venue provide technical equipment and support for conferences and presentations?

Accepted Answer

DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City offers a full suite of on-site AV equipment including staging, basic lighting, and high-speed internet, with dedicated AV staff available to manage technical operations throughout your event. This eliminates the need to source and coordinate external suppliers, which is particularly valuable for event managers running tight timelines or multi-session programs.

Question 4

Can the venue accommodate a multi-day residential conference?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the property combines conference facilities with on-site hotel accommodation, making it well suited for residential summits, leadership offsites, and training programs that run across multiple days. Delegates benefit from pool access, a spa and wellness facility, and panoramic views of the city, sea, and Hajar Mountains, which adds measurable value to the overall delegate experience.

Question 5

How flexible is the catering offering for corporate events?

Accepted Answer

The venue operates a fully on-site catering team capable of delivering tailored menus across a range of formats, from working lunches and coffee breaks to formal banquet dinners for up to 750 guests. Event managers are encouraged to discuss dietary requirements, cultural preferences, and branded F&B presentations directly with the catering team when confirming their event brief.

Question 6

How do we get a quote and how much lead time is recommended?

Accepted Answer

Through Flaash, you can submit your event enquiry directly to DoubleTree by Hilton Fujairah City and receive a tailored quote within 24 hours, without the back-and-forth typically involved in venue sourcing across the Middle East. For large-scale events exceeding 300 guests or those requiring residential accommodation blocks, a lead time of 6 to 8 weeks is advisable to secure preferred dates and allow sufficient time for catering and AV coordination.
