Question 1

How do guests travel to Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort for a corporate event, and is the journey manageable for international attendees?

Accepted Answer

Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort is located in Al Ruwais, approximately 20 minutes from Al Dhannah Airport, making it straightforward to reach for delegates flying in directly. For groups traveling from Abu Dhabi city or connecting through Abu Dhabi International Airport, ground transfers can be coordinated in advance, and the resort's valet parking service ensures a smooth arrival experience for those driving.

Question 2

What is the maximum capacity of the conference and event spaces at Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort?

Accepted Answer

The resort's largest space accommodates up to 1,000 guests in a theater configuration, making it one of the more sizeable corporate event venues in the Abu Dhabi region outside the capital. For more intimate formats, the venue also supports banquet setups for 250 guests, cocktail receptions for 350, and boardroom or U-shape configurations for up to 60 participants, giving event managers strong flexibility across meeting types and group sizes.

Question 3

What audio-visual and technical equipment is available on-site for conferences and presentations?

Accepted Answer

Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort provides professional AV equipment directly on-site, alongside high-speed internet connectivity and basic lighting infrastructure, so event managers do not need to source external technical suppliers for standard conference requirements. The venue also features natural light in many of its spaces, which can be an advantage for full-day events or workshops where attendee comfort matters.

Question 4

Can the resort accommodate a multi-day corporate retreat with accommodation, meetings, and team activities all in one location?

Accepted Answer

Yes, Danat Jebel Dhanna Resort is purpose-built for exactly this format, combining dedicated conference and breakout rooms with on-site guest accommodation, a spa and wellness facility, and access to beach, pool, and garden settings. This makes it a strong choice for companies planning leadership retreats, incentive programs, or annual offsites in Abu Dhabi that require a seamless transition between formal sessions and team-building or relaxation.

Question 5

What catering options does the venue offer for corporate groups, and can it handle specific dietary requirements?

Accepted Answer

The resort offers full on-site catering services managed internally, which simplifies planning and quality control for event managers coordinating meals across large corporate groups. Catering formats can typically be tailored to the event schedule, whether that means a working lunch, gala dinner, or coffee breaks throughout a conference day, and the culinary team can accommodate dietary and cultural requirements common in a Middle East corporate context.
