The Club Room carries warm ambient lighting that shapes the mood without demanding much dressing, and on-site facilities include AV equipment, a sound system, high-speed internet, air conditioning, onsite catering, and a bar and cocktail area - a practical combination for an evening event or a daytime format that runs into drinks. Getting there is straightforward: Stratford High Street DLR station is a five-minute walk and Stratford DLR station is seven minutes away, while London City Airport is around 21 minutes by car for guests travelling in from elsewhere. Excel London is also reachable in approximately 21 minutes by car, and the Tower of London is roughly 22 minutes away - useful context for planners building a wider programme around the event.
