About the venue

Aintree Racecourse brings together significant scale and practical infrastructure in one of Liverpool's most recognisable sporting settings. The Aintree Equestrian Centre spans 3,700 m² and accommodates up to 4,500 in a theatre configuration, while the Sunloch Suite offers a more contained 650 m² with capacity for 600 in the same format - two very different propositions within a single site that runs to eleven spaces in total. On-site facilities include AV equipment, a sound system, flatscreen display screens, high-speed internet, air conditioning and natural light, giving event managers a reasonable technical baseline to work from without bringing everything in. The interior benefits from a bright quality that tends to make large-format rooms feel less cavernous than their dimensions might suggest. Aintree Station is a nine-minute walk, making the site straightforwardly accessible by rail, and Liverpool John Lennon Airport is around 31 minutes by car. Anfield is 18 minutes' drive away, with Goodison Park reachable in approximately 14 minutes.
