Question 1

What room configurations and capacities does Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Aziziyah offer for corporate events?

Accepted Answer

The venue offers five flexible setup styles suited to different event formats: theater for up to 100 guests, classroom for up to 80, banquet for up to 80, U-shape for up to 50, and boardroom for up to 40. Dedicated breakout rooms are also available, making the property well-suited for multi-session conferences, leadership offsites, and training programs that require both plenary and smaller group spaces.

Question 2

How far is the venue from major airports and how should corporate attendees plan their travel to Makkah?

Accepted Answer

Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Aziziyah is approximately 78 minutes by road from King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah and 82 minutes from Taif International Airport, making both gateways viable for corporate delegates. Event managers should communicate this travel time clearly to attendees when circulating logistics briefings, and account for peak traffic periods along the Jeddah-Makkah corridor when scheduling arrival windows.

Question 3

Does the venue provide AV equipment and technical support for conferences and presentations?

Accepted Answer

Yes, the venue has AV equipment available on-site alongside high-speed internet, air conditioning, natural light, and basic lighting infrastructure, covering the essential technical requirements for most corporate events. Event managers planning productions that require advanced staging or custom AV builds should raise those specifications early in the enquiry process to confirm compatibility and any supplementary supplier arrangements.

Question 4

Is on-site catering available, and can menus be tailored to corporate event requirements?

Accepted Answer

The property provides on-site catering, which simplifies coordination for full-day conferences, executive lunches, and multi-day corporate programs where logistical continuity matters. Catering preferences, dietary requirements, and meal timing can be discussed directly with the venue team once an enquiry is submitted, and it is advisable to align on menu details at least two to three weeks before the event date.

Question 5

How early should we submit a venue enquiry to secure availability for a corporate event in Makkah?

Accepted Answer

Makkah experiences concentrated demand across religious calendar periods and public holidays, so event managers are advised to initiate the booking process a minimum of four to six weeks in advance for standard corporate events, and earlier for larger productions or dates near peak seasons. Submitting an enquiry through Flaash allows you to receive a tailored quote from this venue within 24 hours, giving your team the confirmed details needed to move planning forward without delay.

Question 6

Does the venue offer parking and accessibility features for guests with mobility requirements?

Accepted Answer

Park Inn by Radisson Makkah Aziziyah provides complimentary on-site parking, which is a practical advantage for corporate events where a significant portion of attendees arrive by private vehicle or company transport. The venue is also wheelchair accessible, ensuring that event organizers can plan inclusive formats without requiring off-site accommodation or additional logistical workarounds for guests with mobility needs.
