Question 1

How far is Park Inn by Radisson Dammam from King Fahd International Airport, and is the venue easy to reach for out-of-town guests?

Accepted Answer

The hotel is approximately a 35-minute drive from King Fahd International Airport, making it a practical choice for corporate events with delegates traveling from Riyadh, Jeddah, or internationally. The venue is located on King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Road, a well-connected artery in Dammam, and offers complimentary on-site parking for all attendees. The property is also fully wheelchair accessible, ensuring smooth arrival for all participants.

Question 2

What is the maximum capacity for events at Park Inn by Radisson Dammam, and what room configurations are available?

Accepted Answer

The venue accommodates up to 45 guests in theater or cocktail format, 35 in classroom or banquet layout, and smaller groups of 15 in U-shape or 10 in boardroom configuration. This makes it well suited for executive meetings, training sessions, team-building workshops, and mid-size corporate seminars in the Eastern Province. The flexibility of configurations allows event planners to match the setup precisely to their agenda and audience size.

Question 3

Does the venue provide AV equipment and technical infrastructure for conferences and presentations?

Accepted Answer

Park Inn by Radisson Dammam includes on-site AV equipment, high-speed internet, and standard technical infrastructure such as tables, chairs, basic lighting, and air conditioning as part of its event offering. These facilities are available across the meeting spaces, including breakout rooms, which are ideal for hybrid agendas combining plenary sessions with smaller group work. Event planners are advised to confirm specific technical requirements at the time of inquiry to ensure everything is prepared in advance.

Question 4

Can catering be handled entirely on-site, and is there flexibility for different dietary requirements?

Accepted Answer

The venue offers full on-site catering, allowing event organizers to manage all food and beverage needs without coordinating external suppliers. This is particularly convenient for full-day conferences, training days, or corporate dinners where seamless catering flow matters. It is recommended to discuss menu preferences and dietary requirements directly with the venue team when submitting your event brief.

Question 5

How far in advance should we book an event space at Park Inn by Radisson Dammam?

Accepted Answer

For corporate events with 20 or more attendees, a lead time of at least 3 to 4 weeks is generally advisable to secure your preferred dates, layout, and catering arrangements. For smaller boardroom or executive meetings, shorter lead times may be possible depending on availability. Submitting your enquiry through Flaash allows you to receive a tailored quote from this venue within 24 hours, giving you a fast and structured starting point even when timelines are tight.

Question 6

Is on-site accommodation available for multi-day events or delegates traveling from outside Dammam?

Accepted Answer

Park Inn by Radisson Dammam offers on-site accommodation, making it a self-contained option for residential conferences, leadership retreats, or training programs that span more than one day. Having guest rooms, meeting spaces, catering, and spa and wellness facilities all under one roof reduces logistical complexity for event managers significantly. The combination of accommodation and event infrastructure in a single property is a key advantage for companies organizing events that require overnight stays for participants.
