Question 1

How accessible is Al Azhar Hotel Jeddah for attendees traveling from outside the city?

Accepted Answer

Al Azhar Hotel is located on Madinah Street, one of Jeddah's main arterial roads, making it straightforward to reach by road or taxi. King Abdulaziz International Airport is approximately 25 minutes away, and the newer King Abdullah Economic City Airport is just 11 minutes away, which is a strong advantage for delegations arriving by air. For international guests, the proximity to two airports significantly simplifies travel logistics and reduces transfer time on event day.

Question 2

What audiovisual and technical equipment is available at the venue?

Accepted Answer

Al Azhar Hotel Jeddah has AV equipment available on-site, along with high-speed internet, which covers the core technical requirements for conferences, training sessions, presentations, and corporate meetings. Event managers should confirm specific setup requirements, such as screen size, microphone type, or video conferencing integration, during the enquiry phase to ensure everything is in place ahead of the event. Arriving with at least a half-day buffer before the event start time is advisable to allow for testing and any last-minute adjustments.

Question 3

Does Al Azhar Hotel Jeddah offer catering for corporate events?

Accepted Answer

The hotel provides on-site catering, which means event managers do not need to coordinate with an external supplier or manage access logistics for a third-party caterer. It is recommended to discuss menu requirements, dietary restrictions, and service style, such as buffet versus plated, directly with the venue team during the booking process. Clarifying catering details early is particularly important for full-day events or multi-session conferences where coffee breaks and meal timing need to align with the agenda.

Question 4

Can the venue accommodate attendees who need to stay overnight for multi-day events?

Accepted Answer

Al Azhar Hotel Jeddah includes on-site accommodation, making it a practical choice for corporate retreats, multi-day training programs, or events bringing together teams from across the region. Having accommodation on-site removes the coordination burden of managing hotel blocks elsewhere in the city and keeps the delegate experience contained and professional. This is especially valuable for events involving participants from other Saudi cities or international guests who prefer a single-location experience.

Question 5

What types of corporate events is Al Azhar Hotel Jeddah best suited for?

Accepted Answer

The venue is equipped with tables and chairs, AV equipment, high-speed internet, air conditioning, on-site catering, and accommodation, making it a solid all-in-one option for a wide range of corporate formats including conferences, seminars, workshops, team meetings, and training days. Its location on Madinah Street places it within 25 minutes of Jeddah Corniche, King Fahd's Fountain, and major retail destinations, which can be useful for organizing side activities or networking dinners during multi-day programs. Event managers planning larger gatherings should confirm space configurations and maximum capacity directly through the enquiry process to ensure the setup matches their requirements.

Question 6

How do I request a quote for Al Azhar Hotel Jeddah and how quickly will I receive a response?

Accepted Answer
