The Loading Bay

The Loading Bay is a London event space with five rooms or spaces and a maximum capacity of 200 standing. The venue draws on a warehouse aesthetic, with warm lighting and pendant lights lending the main space a character that photographs rarely capture fully. Techspace accommodates up to 200 standing, making it the principal option for larger gatherings, while Meeting Room 9 offers a more contained setting for up to 14. On-site facilities include AV equipment, a sound system, flatscreen display screens, high-speed internet, air conditioning and natural light - a practical combination that reduces the need for external suppliers. Old Street Underground Station is a seven-minute walk, Shoreditch High Street Station ten minutes on foot, and London City Airport is reachable in around 30 minutes by car. St. Paul's Cathedral is approximately 12 minutes by car, and Sky Garden around 15 minutes, giving the venue reasonable proximity to central London landmarks for delegates travelling from further afield.
